How should I store my Once Upon a Farm pouches?
Because our products are cold-pressed and made without preservatives, they must be kept refrigerated. They can be enjoyed on-the-go for up to 4 hours, but should be returned to the fridge or consumed after that window.
What is Cold-Pressed (HPP) and why do you use it?
High Pressure Processing (HPP) uses cold pressure instead of high heat to lock in nutrients, farm-fresh flavors, and textures. This process allows us to maintain the integrity of our organic ingredients without adding stabilizers.
How long do the products last after opening?
Once a pouch or meal is opened, it should be consumed within 24 hours. If eating directly from the pouch, we recommend discarding any leftovers due to contact with saliva.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can customize a subscription box to be delivered every 1, 2, or 3 weeks. Subscribers receive a discount on every order and have the flexibility to swap flavors or skip deliveries at any time.
Are your products allergy-friendly?
Our products are organic, non-GMO project verified, and gluten-free. While we offer many nut-free options, please check the specific ingredient label on each product for allergen information as some blends contain coconut or oats.
How is the product shipped to ensure freshness?
We ship our products in insulated boxes with non-toxic ice packs. We aim for a 1-2 day transit time to ensure your pouches arrive cold and ready for your refrigerator.
